Oranges are good because they make lots of juice and so could provide a cheaper option. This may be useful for the winemaking novice. A standard orange squeezer will do for extracting the juice. It does not matter whether you use ordinary oranges or tangerines.

Plums and peaches do not produce as much juice so you will need more of them. These are fruit that you should only use if you can get them cheaply otherwise, you will not be able to make many bottles and it could work out quite expensive. However, if you are able to use these fruit you should end up with a very delicious finished product indeed.
