Acupuncture Pricing

Dear Valued Patients,

 

We are excited to announce that our clinic is now approved to bill the following insurance companies:

 

· Blue Shield

· Blue Cross

· Aetna

· Cigna

· Meritain

Please note that while we are now able to submit claims to these insurers, coverage ultimately depends on your specific insurance plan.

 

Our clinic is considered an out-of-network provider, and insurance benefits typically apply only if your plan includes out-of-network (PPO) coverage.

 

If you have insurance through one of the companies listed above and believe your plan includes out-of-network benefits, we would be happy to help you with insurance billing.

 

To get started, please contact our office with your insurance information. Our team will be glad to verify your benefits and assist you with the process.

We will, however, supply a superbill to any patient

Cancellation Policy

Appointments can be changed or cancelled with no fee up to 24 hours in advance.

 

Changes or cancelations made on the day of the appointment will be charged $50 

​

Please leave extra time for travel.

If you are late for your appointment we will do our best to fit you in but if you are more than 20 minutes late we may not be able to see you and you will be charged for the appointment as no show.
